This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Bionical Helpdesk and our website; www.jeragroup.ca. Our privacy notice applies to information collected by our website, except where stated otherwise. The following privacy policy will notify users of the information we collect, with whom the information is shared, how the information can be corrected, how collected information is secured, how the company will identify users of policy changes, and how users can address concerns over misuse of personal data.




What information do we collect?

The Bionical Helpdesk Application does not collect any information from users.

When users leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.




When do we share personal data?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. images, articles, etc.).
Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the user has visited the other website. Where do we store and process personal data?

Bionical Helpdesk is located in Canada or USA, as is the Bionical Helpdesk technical infrastructure. In order to provide programs to users, Bionical Helpdesk must transfer their personal information to the Bionical Helpdesk, where it will be stored and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may transfer information outside of Canada or USA to service providers with operations in other countries. By participating in programs, users consent to such collection, storage, and processing in Canada, USA and elsewhere, though other jurisdictions may not afford the same level of data protection as considered adequate in their own country. We will take reasonable steps to protect their personal information. All data is handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Data Privacy Act, of Canada.
